Колесо обозрения Noria расположено на крыше торгово-развлекательного комплекса Norbessa в районе Сусукино — это первое подобное сооружение на крыше в Саппоро. Само название «Нориа» в переводе с испанского означает «колесо обозрения». Диаметр колеса — 45,5 метра, максимальная высота — 78 метров над землёй. Один оборот занимает около 10 минут: за это время открывается панорама Саппоро в окружении зелени, а ночью — неоновые огни Сусукино. Кабины оформлены с LED-иллюминацией. По пятницам, субботам и накануне праздников колесо работает до 1:00 ночи. В самом комплексе Norbessa есть боулинг, рестораны с видом — удобно совместить несколько активностей за один визит.
