Order and confirmation

Placing an order on the site does not always mean instant service confirmation. After payment, Reotour manually checks availability and the selected supplier rules.

If the supplier cannot confirm the selected option, the team will offer an alternative or a refund according to payment and supplier rules.

Traveler details

You are responsible for the accuracy of your name, email, phone, travel date, and selected options. Mistakes in these details can affect voucher issuance or service admission.

Payments

Card payments are processed through Stripe. Reotour does not store full card details on its servers.

Payment on the site is a real charge to your bank card. After a successful payment, the order moves to manual confirmation and voucher issuance.
